1. Ordering

Orders must be placed through the official BBT Stroke Rehab website or authorized agents only.

Required details: full name, phone number, email, delivery address, and brief stroke history (onset, major conditions).

Orders are confirmed via email/SMS within 24 hours.

2. Payment Methods

Accepted methods: PayPal and credit/debit card through secure payment gateways.

Full payment is required before activation of telemedicine and biofeedback services.

3-month complete package - Price: USD 950 per package, unless otherwise specified.

3. Confirmation & Receipt

Customers receive an electronic receipt immediately after successful payment.

Telemedicine schedule and access to the digital rehab plan are provided within 1–2 business days.

4. Refund Policy

BBT offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if the program does not meet expectations.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refund requests must include the order ID and proof of use.
